As we approach the end of 2023, the holiday season provides a perfect opportunity for reflection and gratitude.

I hope you’ll consider trying to make time for this in your life as well. Why? We are sometimes faced with challenges and frustrations as trainers, coaches and educators; but, if we can carve out a little time each day to express our thanks and maybe reach out to people with gratitude – it can change our thoughts which is a great way of improving our attitude! Gratitude is the attitude.

Life seems to be changing at warp-speed! I feel that’s another reason to express gratitude; it keeps you grounded and reminds you of what’s important and why we serve. I’m grateful for the training and coaching business I’ve created. I appreciate the journey which has led me to help people make powerful choices for themselves and become more emotionally intelligent.

Understanding that we have so many things on our plate, try finding your favorite place and spend a few minutes reflecting on the positive difference you’re making and reach out to thank all of the people that have helped you along the way.

What are you grateful for in your life? Write it down, share it with others, and commit everyday to making gratitude your attitude.

Be empowered.
